What the "British Lion Quality Mark" really means

The British Lion Quality mark on Poplars Farm Free Range Eggs and egg packaging means that our eggs have been produced
to the highest standard of food safety; they have been produced according to a strict
Code of Practice
which includes vaccinating our hens against salmonella. For much more general information about the British Lion Quality mark, visit the British Egg Information Service (BEIS), which was set up by the British Egg Industry Council (BEIC) in order to answer all your questions about eggs.
